Marketoreo proudly ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $49. A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $49.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO: 7-14 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods. During the holiday season (November-December), please allow a few extra days and order early.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you can follow it using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Multiple Packages

Items in one order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
